Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included
- Customised items cannot be returned as they have been created to your specification, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you
To start a return, you can contact us at support@iclever.com. We'll reply in 2-business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that iClever will only cover return shipping costs in the following situations: product quality issues or damages incurred during shipping. For returns requested due to non-product quality issues (such as wrong size, incorrect purchase, personal preference, etc.), the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned,like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and promotional goods (such as free gifts). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special discounted items, including those purchased with the "Year's Biggest Sale!" promotion code or gift cards/items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue you a refund within 24 hours,the money will be automatically returned back to your transaction account within 48 hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Warranty
We have a 1-year warranty for our products.
Special Notice
We provide free gifts for anniversaries and special events, there's a quantity limiting for free gifts,each customer can only order one unit of free gifts.
